At Chili Charm, we strive to provide the highest quality hot sauce to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues may arise. Our refund policy is designed to address these situations:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
